ABOUT THE COMPANY
My client, a leading smart robotics manufacturing company, is seeking a talented HR Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee the HR operations of their Singapore office. As a HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day HR activities and creating a seamless and productive work environment. ABOUT THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive HR support as first point of contact to a workforce of 100s
  • Prepare HR documents, handle employee inquiries, and administer leaves and benefits
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll runs through Times Software
  • Partner with Head of HR and leadership teams to implement short- and long-term HR initiatives to drive business results
  • Oversee and manage a small team of HR executives
  • Drive human resource compliance and standardization of practices and policies
  • Act as human capital strategy architect to identify and deploy best courses of action to meet business requirements
  • Lead key programs and changes focused on building an enduring, growing organization, including learning and development, total rewards, and HR systems
  • Manage office supply chain and ensure processing of requisitions
Skills and Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Manager or more
  • Experienced and knowledgeable in multiple areas of HR, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, performance management, leadership development, and learning and development
  • Hands on experience in devising employee handbook from scratch and working with payroll (times software) is required
  • Prior experience in team management is desirable
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, constantly changing environment with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Knowledgeable of MOM employment act and regulations
