Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing, and deploying high-frequency trading algorithms
- Maintain and improve existing derivatives pricing models and infrastructure
- Exploring trading ideas by analysing market data and market microstructure for patterns
- Research and implement new derivative pricing models and numerical algorithms
- Creating tools to analyse data for patterns
- Develop pricing and analysis tools for traders and structurers
- Contributing to libraries of analytical computations to support market data analysis and trading
- Developing, augmenting, and calibrating exchange simulators
- Perform quantitative research on crypto market microstructure and volatilities. Backtest systematic option hedging strategies
- Responsible for the operation and risk monitoring of trading strategies
- Familiarity with machine learning (a plus)
- Brilliant problem-solving abilities
- Software development experience as demonstrated through course work, research projects, or open source activities, preferably in C++, Python
- Excellent exposure to the crypto ecosystem and the latest market insight
- Experience of work experience in quantitative modelling in banks, securities houses, trading firms, hedge funds, etc.
- A passion for new technologies and ideas
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- A working knowledge of Linux/Unix
