Marketing & Business Development Manager – International Law Firm (APAC Focus)

Our client is a globally respected international law firm where strategic marketing meets cross-border collaboration. As part of their continued business growth, they are seeking a seasoned Marketing and Business Development Manager with a proven track record in law firms or professional services environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with attorneys, partners, and global marketing teams to execute impactful marketing strategies.
  • Drive client-facing initiatives including pitches, proposals, sponsorships, branded events, and market campaigns.
  • Manage and report on business development pipelines using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), leveraging insights to guide future initiatives.
  • Coordinate regional events and sponsorships with precision, ensuring brand consistency and client-centric delivery.
  • Support client engagement and cross-practice collaboration through targeted outreach, market research, and trend analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing within a law firm or professional services (e.g., consulting, financial services).
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market landscape and experience working across borders.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and corporate social media tools.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin highly preferred.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to extended hours when required.
