Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 experience in business development or sales within the logistics or supply chain sector.
- Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong understanding of 4PL services and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth.
