We are seeking an experienced Private Family Chef for our client who is a tycoon family based in Hong Kong and Europe. This role is responsible for preparing delicious and nutritious meals. with a focus on Chinese cuisine as well as Western and fusion cooking. The ideal candidate will be someone who is not only talented in cooking but also dedication to the job, honest and trustworthy.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責
- Sourcing Ingredients and Food Preparation. 私人家庭廚師，負責家庭菜式及宴客菜 (包括選購食材及烹調食物)
- Design daily menus and recipes; regularly develop new dishes. 設計日常及宴會菜單和食譜；定期設計新菜式
- Expertise in cooking a variety of Chinese dishes and soups as well as some Western and fusion cuisine. 擅長烹飪各種中式菜餚和湯品，以及部分西式和融合菜餚。精通烹飪，精通各種小菜、湯水。確保食品和擺盤符合最高質量標準
- Skilled in nutritious meal planning, familiar with food handling, sanitation, preparation, and cooking procedures. 注重個人及廚房衛生，對食物及廚房的安全衛生具有知識
- Ability to cater to our family's diverse tastes and preferences. 擅長膳食營養搭配，熟悉食品處理、衛生、準備和烹飪程序
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times負責廚房清潔工作
- Work shifts/rotational schedule 需輪班工作
- Willing to travel with the employer 願意隨僱主出差

Requirements 要求
- Preference for candidates with experience as a private family chef or in the hotel industry. 優先考慮具有私人家庭廚師或酒店行業經驗的候選人
- Strong knowledge of Chinese, Western, and fusion cooking techniques and food safety and hygiene. 精通中式、西式和融合烹飪技巧,並擁有良好的食品安全和衛生知識
- Non-smoker and punctual, possess a polite, professional, and tidy demeanor. 注意衛生、不吸煙、守時、有責任心、專業、整潔
- Excellent organizational and time management skills. 卓越的組織和時間管理能力
- Basic in both Mandarin and English具備基本的普通話和英語能力
- Valid Hong Kong SAR passport is preferred. 持有有效的香港特區護照為佳
