You will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of various projects within the insurance industry. Your responsibilities will involve working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. You will contribute to the efficient implementation of projects, compliance with regulatory requirements, and achievement of business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and challenges
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to project managers as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to gather project requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among project participants.
- Assist in developing UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on functional specifications and business requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and secure necessary resources for UAT.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and actively propose and implement solutions to optimize our working processes.
- Assist in the preparation of project presentations and communication materials.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Solid understanding of insurance industry operations, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hand on experience in Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and frameworks such as Agile and Waterfall is preferred.
- Prior knowledge of insurance transactions and procedures is advantageous.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Mandarin languages is required.
