This organization is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to spearhead the implementation of advanced quality assurance solutions across their entire ecosystem. The QA Lead will be responsible for strategizing, designing, and overseeing the integration of cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, into the organization's quality assurance processes. This is a critical role that will play a pivotal part in the institution's digital transformation initiatives and its commitment to delivering high-quality products and services to its customers.

- Develop and continuously refine the test automation strategy, aligning it with business objectives and software development lifecycle.
- Assess the current state of automation maturity and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create a roadmap for the gradual implementation and scaling of automation capabilities.
- Establish automation standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with project management teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed.
- Adoption of Agile and DevOps practices to enhance delivery efficiency.
- Create and execute robust quality assurance plans, including test case creation, test script development, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, industry standards, and quality guidelines.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Provide regular progress updates, share best practices, and communicate lessons learned to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in executing the full software development lifecycle, with a focus on quality throughout the process.
- Proven expertise in test automation and release management; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on approach to leading and empowering the test team.
- Extensive experience in leveraging project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to plan, track, and collaborate on software projects.
- Expertise in utilizing test automation tools (e.g., Katalon, Selenium, TestComplete) to design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test suites.
- Ability to optimize the use of these tools to streamline quality assurance processes, improve visibility, and drive continuous improvement.
