job scope.
As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you key responsibilities will be to:
  • Identify new business opportunities with the potential clients, especially in Banking and Financial Services sector, and proactively promote the recruitment services to them
  • Maintain existing client relationship, also develop & acquire relationships with new clients within the sector 
  • Excel client & candidate expectations by building robust rapport and a detailed understanding of each client's/ candidate's organisation and hiring needs
  • Manage the full recruitment process from identifying candidates via different channels, brief/ debrief on interviews to offer stages
  • Provide support to the team/ team manager to ensure team work efficiency

requirements.
  • University degree or higher education discipline
  • 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in banking and financial services sector
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Result-oriented and target driven talent, continuously achieving team & individual target
  • Strong communication and organisation skills 
  • Good team player
