With our business expansion, we are looking for recruitment consultant specialising in Banking and Financial Services sector. You will be joining a team of 2 with great support and training. Great working culture and attractive commission scheme are provided.

job scope.
As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you key responsibilities will be to:
- Identify new business opportunities with the potential clients, especially in Banking and Financial Services sector, and proactively promote the recruitment services to them
- Maintain existing client relationship, also develop & acquire relationships with new clients within the sector
- Excel client & candidate expectations by building robust rapport and a detailed understanding of each client's/ candidate's organisation and hiring needs
- Manage the full recruitment process from identifying candidates via different channels, brief/ debrief on interviews to offer stages
- Provide support to the team/ team manager to ensure team work efficiency
requirements.
- University degree or higher education discipline
- 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in banking and financial services sector
- Ability to work under pressure
- Result-oriented and target driven talent, continuously achieving team & individual target
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Good team player
