The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related disciplines, 5-7 years of leadership experience in leading technology projects, professional certifications such as PMP or ITIL, customer-orientation, commercial awareness, strong project management and communication skills.

About the job
- The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning and implementation of IT solutions and advisory support at the regional and country levels.
- This includes ensuring compliance with local regulatory frameworks and managing operational and technology risk management.
- You will oversee the establishment of the technology risk management function in Singapore and work with in-country IT teams to design and deliver infrastructure solutions to support business applications.
- You will also be responsible for standardizing and integrating infrastructure, systems, and business workflows to support the business strategy, managing service providers and key vendors, and ensuring high service levels for day-to-day IT operations.
- Additionally, you will be responsible for regional IT budget planning and prioritization, assessment of returns on investment, and benefit realization.
