My client is a MNC who is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Retail Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Retail Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's commercial strategy, managing sales channels and key accounts, and maximizing revenue growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market analysis, competitor assessment, and customer segmentation.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee the preparation of commercial proposals, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to align commercial activities with overall business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance analysis, including sales forecasting, revenue projections, and profitability analysis, providing insightful reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends, proactively implementing innovative approaches to improve commercial effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Retail, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Retail Manager or in a sales leadership position within the consumer goods / FMCG sector
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of commercial principles, market dynamics, and customer behaviour.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Good command of Chinese and English
