- About the Company
Our client is a leading global third-party logistics provider in Hong Kong. They are seeking a Secretary for their Kwai Chung office, with a focus on freight forwarding work.
Job Duties
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Executive Director, including coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and preparing reports as needed.
- Oversee all administrative duties to ensure the smooth daily operation of the department.
- Monitor staff attendance, petty cash, and report submissions across all Business Units.
- Organize both internal and external meetings and events.
- Review and manage office expenses.
- Coordinate industry-related training programs for the operations teams.
- Participate in and assist with any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
- With minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organization or fast paced industry.
- Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded, able to work independently and with good communication skills.
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
