About the Company
This is one of the fastest growing insurers in Asia looking to expand their Customer Experience functions due to the great success last year. They are currently looking for talents to join as Senior Customer Service Officer.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide effective hotline services to customers for policy inquiries
  • Process escalated cases such as complaints or special requests from team members or vendors
  • Provide support to management and recommend productivity/service improvement
  • Assist in customer service project development (e.g. Chatbot, Live Chat)
  • Perform ad-hoc task as required by management
Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Customer Service
  • With Medical insurance products knowledge preferred
  • Strong customer-focus with excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and able to work under pressure
