Company Overview.
- My Client is a leading crypto exchange to provides innovative and secure solutions for crypto asset and derivative trading. They are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join the dynamic team and drive the design and development of their crypto trading products.
Job Scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead the product design and development of our crypto asset and derivative trading platform, including middle-end and back-end services, user experience, and the exploration of new business models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, and Compliance, to define and execute short-term to mid-term product roadmaps and iteration plans.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competition, and customer needs, and incorporate these insights into product strategies and enhancements.
- Work closely with the R&D team to ensure technical feasibility and develop implementation plans for new product features and improvements.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-regional project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies related to crypto asset and derivative trading.
Requirements.
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with a focus on the crypto industry.
- Proven experience in designing or trading financial products, such as securities, funds, foreign exchange, futures, options, etc.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Strong logical thinking, quick learning abilities, and a data-driven mindset.
- Previous experience working in leading crypto companies is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with teams in different regions.
