About the Company:
My client is seeking for an exceptional professional to join them as the Senior Manager / Associate Director focus on driving customer-centricity and enhancing our overall customer experience through the design and implementation of customer journey strategies, both online and offline.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, with a focus on customer experience design and strategy.

Job Description:
  • Lead the customer experience design initiatives within the corporate development team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives for both online and offline channels
  • Conduct in-depth user research, utilizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods, to gain insights into customer behaviors, needs, and pain points across dufferent channels
  • Develop customer personas, utilizing research findings to map out customer journey design and strategy/ direction
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in customer experience design, both in the digital and physical realms, bringing innovative ideas and approaches to the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer journey maps, identifying touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders including senior management to define and prioritize customer experience improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Drive the development and implementation of customer experience metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of customer journey enhancements
Skills & Experiences required:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Strategy / Customer Journey Design etc., preferably from diverse industries; Candidates gained experience as a Management Consultant are desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies and recommendations for both online and offline experiences
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Candidates who satisfied the language requirement and open to relocate to Hong Kong are also welcome to apply
