My client is a MNC who is looking for a Team Lead responsible for the development of business and provide leadership support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business acumen, with outstanding stakeholder management skills.

- Collaborate with the sales team to propose, develop, and challenge action plans.
- Communicate and elucidate business strategy to the team. Share the local market's needs and specificities with the regional team.
- Analyze the sales performance in conjunction with the CRM and sales team
- Ensure close monitoring of all new product launch processes
- Enhancing the overall experience for customers. Provide assistance to the retail team during each client event until the post-event evaluation
- Explore opportunities for business development through partnerships and collaborations
- Foster and incubate the development of staff community. Plan and execute the training and coaching strategy
- Share key information with the regional industry to support local business growth, such as competitor events and potential partnerships within the luxury sector.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Luxury Management or other related disciplines
- A minimum of 10 years in Business Management, Marketing, Retail or other relevant experiences
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Excellent business acumen with a sense of innovation in business strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Candidates in the luxury sector has an added advantage
