This pivotal role will involve formulating and implementing comprehensive reward strategies to attract, retain, and motivate our top talent.
Job Description:
- Lead the development of compensation strategies, including short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and project incentive plans
- Analyze and oversee the organization's overall compensation and benefits costs and lead the annual budgeting exercise
- Regularly review and analysis the Compensation and Benefits mechanism at the firm and recommend enhancement when necessary :
- Collaborate with departments to establish performance metrics, structures, calculation methodologies, and weights, providing guidance and recommendations.
- Organize and oversee performance evaluations for senior management on the Total Rewards perspective
- Develop strategies for effectively utilizing performance outcomes and lead performance review sessions, compile analytical reports, and propose enhancements for the performance evaluation process
- Take part in any ad hoc task when necessary
- University degree in HR Management, Statistics or a related field
- At least 4 years of Total Rewards experience from Insurance firms before preferably experience gained from life insurance firms
- In-depth knowledge in different analytical tools and good communication skills
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidate with short notice is preferred
