As a crucial member of the Design team, you will play a pivotal role in translating the company's objectives and product vision into intuitive user experiences. Job Responsibilities:
- Create and develop interactive projects, encompassing all aspects of design.
- Assist in simplifying the user experience of cryptocurrency platforms, making them accessible to beginners, while also shaping the trading experience for professional traders.
- Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and stay up-to-date with industry trends, strategies, and competitor analysis.
- Evaluate user research from various sources and identify key issues to drive the creation of new digital experiences, particularly for mobile applications.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to build interactive products.
- Enhance and refine the user experiences of existing interactive product processes.
- Candidates with experience designing trading tools, order entry, chart trading, etc., will be given priority.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- A portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and successful project implementations in the fintech or crypto industry.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Sound knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and usability principles.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and crypto trading concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to shifting priorities.
- Proven experience collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
