Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Design and architect the backend systems using Spring Boot, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with industry best practices.
- Develop and implement Spring Boot-based applications, leveraging the framework's features and capabilities to deliver high-performance, reliable, and secure systems.
- Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures to support the company's various financial products and services.
- Integrate the backend systems with external third-party services, such as payment gateways, credit bureaus, and financial data providers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the FinTech industry, as well as the Spring Boot ecosystem.
- Contribute to the company's technology roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficient in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and highly available backend systems.
- Hands-on experience in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud deployment.
- Understanding of financial regulations, security, and compliance requirements in the FinTech industry.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
