About the Company:
My client is one of the leaders within the Fintech industry. With the company’s future direction, my client has set up a new headcount to look after the overall Talent Management and Organisational Design matters.

They are looking for someone who has solid knowledge in building a Talent Management framework and is passionate about Organisational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has to be someone who is passionate in the field with great stakeholder management and communication skills to join their team. This candidate will be the one to oversee the whole process and procedures of the Talent Management initiatives and act as a Project Manager to monitor the whole process and flow.

Job Description:
  • Discuss with Top Management with the company’s upcoming objectives/ visions on a regular basis, provide strategic ideas for them on talent to organisation design
  • Design the Talent Management (TM) programmes, including but not limited to development schedule, talent review, succession planning, TM measuring tools etc.
  • Dive into the whole process of Talent Management and ensure the flow of those related initiatives are upon schedule and heading to the right direction  
  • Regularly review the Talent pool selection process and identify the talents to proceed to company Leadership training
  • Assist with other ad hoc HR projects if necessary
Skills & Experiences required:
  • University degree in HR Management or related discipline
  • At least 10 years of HR experience within a sizeable organisation, candidates have experienced gain as HRBP/ Learning / Talent Management are all welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Preferred candidates who have good stakeholder management and passionate in Talent Management field
