- Tasks include developing detailed process flowcharts that cover both functional and non-functional epics and stories, in line with customer journey and regulatory requirements. Also excel at presenting technology-based solutions in business scenarios and handling difficult situations with ease.
- Lead the acceptance and integration of new technologies across the organization, ensuring seamless implementation and user acceptance.
- Develop and implement technology strategies and plans, aligning them with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to technology implementation, ensuring effective change management.
- Conduct thorough assessments of technology needs and requirements, providing recommendations for optimal solutions.
- Create and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on new technologies, promoting their understanding and proficiency.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users, facilitating effective communication and understanding of technology capabilities and benefits.
- Assist in managing relationships with third-party vendors and consultants, ensure compliance and monitoring performance
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management) is required. A master's degree is preferred.
