Job description

Our client, an esteemed conglomerate, is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Consultant to join their dynamic team. As a Technology Consultant, you will have a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption and integration of new technologies within the organization. Your responsibilities will involve leading technology projects, ensuring smooth transitions, and maximizing the benefits of technology investments throughout the conglomerate. Responsibilities:
  • Tasks include developing detailed process flowcharts that cover both functional and non-functional epics and stories, in line with customer journey and regulatory requirements. Also excel at presenting technology-based solutions in business scenarios and handling difficult situations with ease.
  • Lead the acceptance and integration of new technologies across the organization, ensuring seamless implementation and user acceptance.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies and plans, aligning them with business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential barriers to technology implementation, ensuring effective change management.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of technology needs and requirements, providing recommendations for optimal solutions.
  • Create and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on new technologies, promoting their understanding and proficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users, facilitating effective communication and understanding of technology capabilities and benefits.
  • Assist in managing relationships with third-party vendors and consultants, ensure compliance and monitoring performance
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management) is required. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential adoption challenges.
